Membership Types & Pricing

• Full Clinical Member - resides or works in NH, engaged in professional work that is primarily psychological in nature, possesses a doctoral degree in psychology or a closely related field.
  
  
• Early Career Member - Full Clinical Members who are within seven (7) years of receiving their doctoral degrees.
  
  
• Semi-Retired or Retired Member - Full Clinical Members who have retired or partially retired from professional work that is primarily psychological in nature.
  
  
• Emeritus Member - Retired Members who have maintained membership for the full fifteen (15) years immediately preceding retirement, and whose retirement was not occasioned by circumstances warranting loss of membership.
  
  
• Associate Member - resides or works in NH, engaged in professional work that is primarily psychological in nature, possesses a master’s degree in psychology or a closely related field.
  
  
• Full Academic Member - persons who do not qualify as Full Clinical solely due to the fact that they engage in academic (rather than clinical) work.  Their academic work is primarily psychological in nature; they reside or work in NH and possess a doctoral degree in psychology or a closely related field.
  
  
• Out-of-State Member - persons who do not qualify as Full Clinical or Associate Members solely due to the fact that they currently neither reside nor work in NH.
   
• Affiliate Member - persons who do not qualify for any other membership status but have a strong connection to the mental health community.
  
  
• Student Member - currently enrolled in regionally accredited colleges



• Institutional Member - Academic institutions or human services organizations may apply for NHPA membership for their employees and may have individuals under their membership.
